What we collect

When you fill out a form on our website, call us, or visit our store, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and details about your project.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your inquiry, prepare quotes, book measures and installs, and follow up on your order. We only send text messages to people who have agreed to receive them.

Text messages

If you opt in, we will text you about your inquiry, quote, appointment or order. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile information and text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us run our business, such as our phone and messaging system, and only so they can provide that service to us. Some of our service providers may store or process your information outside Canada, including in the United States. While it is there, it may be accessed by the courts, law enforcement or national security authorities of that country.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you, handle your order and warranty, and meet our legal and tax obligations. After that, we securely delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent at any time.
